Foam Rollers are NOT provided for this class. Please bring your own Foam Roller or you may purchase one before the class. Class Description Activities and exercise may no longer be enjoyable due to the aches and pains we endure to participate in activities we once enjoyed or want to explore. The Foam Roller Class or "Muscle Tension Release (MTR)" class utilizes different tools and equipment to address the issue, whether it is to decrease pain and discomfort or the goal of performance enhancement to increase athletic ability or simply hasten results. The 2 main benefits of the class is (1) Decrease muscle & joint tension and (2) Stimulate flaccid muscles (wake up "sleeping" muscles) but the side effect of these two benefits include: - decreased joint pain and discomfort
